Marshall's 6th-grade Dual Language students must take Spanish for Spanish Speakers 3A and Advanced Science 6 Dual Language.
Both courses are taught only in Spanish.
Marshall has 2 types of World Language offerings: Dual Language Spanish; and Spanish for non-native speakers
Spanish 3A, 3B, and AP 4 Dual Language (DL): Spanish DL is a high school course for students in the Dual Language program or for native Spanish speakers. It is immersion-based. The grade for this course will be included in the student’s high school GPA. (YR)
Spanish I and II: (High School Credit) The grades and credits for these courses will be included in the student’s high school GPA. (YR each)
IA and IB Courses: (0.5 High School Credit) The grades and credits for these courses will be included in the student’s high school GPA. Each course is half of one credit. (YR).
