We had an amazing Homecoming week! It was incredible to see our phenomenal student performers shine during our Homecoming assembly, and we capped off the celebrations with a big win from our 8th-grade boys football team at our Homecoming game. Thank you to everyone who showed up and cheered on our students!
Here are a few important updates as we head into the week ahead:
Homecoming Dance: Next up, we’re getting ready for our Homecoming Dance! It will take place on Friday, October 16th, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Mark your calendars, and grab your tickets now at the link below! As a reminder, students who have had major behavioral offenses (such as a fight or drug-related offenses) will not be eligible to attend.
Athletic Event Policy Update: To ensure a safe environment for all spectators, please note that any student attending an athletic event, whether hosted on our campus or at an away venue, must be accompanied by their parent, legal guardian, or a designated trusted adult who will be responsible for them throughout the event.

Scheduling Updates: During our coffee, we shared where we stand with student scheduling. At this point, we are completely done making large structural changes and are now strictly focused on leveling classes to ensure no class sizes exceed maximum limits. Our goal is to have all schedule adjustments finalized by this week.
If your child is interested in core electives that aren't on their current schedule or were reduced from our master schedule, please consider our ACE After-School Program! ACE offers fantastic enrichment programs like STEM Studio and Creative Writing that closely reflect our core elective offerings.
If you have specific concerns regarding your child’s schedule, please reach out directly to their assigned Alpha Assistant Principal and Counselor.
Important Dates & Upcoming Days Off: We have a busy week ahead! Please note that there is no school this Friday, and the following Monday is reserved for Parent/Teacher Conferences. Detailed information regarding conference schedules and sign-ups will be sent out to the entire community tomorrow, Monday, October 5th.
